Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At YP Sparkling Accessories, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final once the order is placed and delivered.

Exceptions

A return or replacement will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged, or
  • The wrong product has been delivered

Conditions

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any condition.

Important Note

Any request that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected.
